I am an international student from India on my study permit here in Canada. I came to Canada in August 2021 for an 8month pg diploma program and have just completed my program. But now I plan to pursue my master's in the US and for that, I have my i20 as well for September 2022 intake. I have already extended my study permit so do I need to change it to a work permit for applying for a US visa also my concern is whether I need to file my visa from India or I can file it from Canada as well.
