Hello,
My self salman khatri a student from India wants to go canada for further studies. I have got admission in Capilano university, North Vancouver bc canada. I have applied visa for 2 times but I got rejection both the times. For the first time the reason was 1. Visit purpose and other reasons. Second time it was that I don't have a valid letter of acceptance from the university as it is expired. Now I am planning to do application for the third time. But I little confused, because I have got 6 bands in IELTS the examination. Most of the people are saying score is less that's why it is being reject. Can you give some advice that I should go for IELTS examination once more and then apply with a higher score. :(

Why did the College let you apply the second time if the LOA is expired? Did they charge a Fee the second time? If so you should consider a refund.

In BC unlike in Ontario there are very strict regulations for Colleges especially Private ones which are held to similar standards as public Colleges again unlike Ontario.

Your English score should be 6 or better in all modules not just overall.

Than all your supporting documentation, Financial, Family, Medicals etc should be in order. you should also state your intentions truthfully to CIC from the start. If you state that you want go for PR after you apply than they can and do reject it. If you want PR it should be explained in your Letter WITH your initial application etc etc.

What course are you interested in? Have you looked at different schools and consulting a Canadian Certified (as listed on the Government of Canada website) Immigration Lawyer or Consultant?
