hi... i have applied for visa on 26th october 2015, 11 working days are over, but still there is no process. Whenever i track the application it shows the same that its under process at bangalore. Its showing the same from 27th October. Can anyone guide???

I have applied on Nov 2nd to the bangalore office. i have applied thru a consultancy they said it would take atleast 15 business days.
