PLEASE GUIDE ME SHOULD I SHOW MY LAST REFUSAL STATUS TO CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION
Dear Colleague,
In Canadian Student Visa Application Form, I am been asked that b) Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
While, the answer is "YES" I was refused by the British High Commission in the year 2009 ECO Comments: In support of your application you have submitted an employment letter from Technocrat College of IT & Business Administration, As a result of checks made by this office detailed in a documents verified report, I am not satisfied that this document is genuine. As a false documents has been submitted in relation to your application.
The reason behind the refusal on my last application for student visa is unrealistic and contrary to the facts on ground and I clearly disagree with the same.
After reading this refusal notice I was very surprised and shocked to hear that the officer refused my application on grounds of producing not genuine documents. It may please be considered here that I was aployed at the said institute since 3 years on daily wages as evidence I had submitted a letter duly signed by the Principal of the institute clearly mentioning details of my employment.
Furthermore, it may please be noted here that institute's landline number was not functioning since long because of fact that some infrastructure work was carried out by the Telecom Company authorities and they has to dig the road which affected landline numbers of our institute. this caused sever problems not only for the academic staff but also for the students also who ranged for various inquires.
Employment letter is misplaced and when I tried to contact the institute to have a fresh employment letter and then got to know that institute is no working as it has been closed since 2012.
Your suggestion/guideline would highly be appreciated in this regards, as it is matter of my career.
