Canada skilled worker PR - Express Entry queries

Hello Friends,

I am new to this forum and trying to initiate for Canada PR, I have read couple of forums and canada sites but still got some below questions:

1. I have done bachelor of Science in Chemistry and then done MCA. For WES do we need to send the transcripts of master only or bachelor too?

2. If Master and Bachelor are in different stream, will it create any issue in scoring or granting visa?

3. What are the pros and cons of 1) register family members in express entry or 2) call/sponsor them once you settle down there?

4. I have around 10+ years of experience in IT for development in Java. So which is best NOC for me? I am confused between 1) 2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers and 2) 2175 Web designers and developers or 3)???, since doing most of things.

5. I am trying to apply by myself so just want to understand the initial process, it would be good if someone can confirm/correct the steps?

Steps:
A. Clear the IELTS with atlest 6 in each. (Already cleared the IELTS (overall 7.5 and each 6+))

B. ECA:
1. Get the transcript from the university
2. Register with WES
3. Send the sealed pack transcript to WES

Question: Do we need to notarized the documents if so when?

C. Once received response from WES, register profile for express entry
D. Register profile with Job Bank
E. If get job offer, edit my express entry
F. If not get job offer but got selected by canada, apply for Visa

2. If Master and Bachelor are in different stream, will it create any issue in scoring or granting visa? No, it will not

3. What are the pros and cons of 1) register family members in express entry or 2) call/sponsor them once you settle down there?You will name your spouse and children if any in your application which makes them part of it. But you can indicate that they are not accompanying you initially. If your spouse and kids are not mentioned in your application, you will not be able to sponsor them later and may loose your own PR due to misrepresentation. Other members of your family like your parents and your siblings can be sponsored later after you become a PR/citizen
