How do you actually get to know the cutoff?

Is there a limit to the number of people to whom ITA is given?

There is a yearly quota for the number of people Canada will accept as immigrants (across all streams, including refugees, etc.).
The cutoff each draw is based on the number of people IRCC decides to give ITAs to that round. The number fluctuates quite a bit, but as far as I remember, it tends to be between 700 and 1,600.
