Canada PR visa and iltes score

Hi everyone.
I have got overall 5 in iltes.if I go to canada with work permit for 6 months or 1 year. Am i eligible for PR visa with this iltes score?
Please help.

Thanks for reply.I have Lima approved job offer.only I m not qualify in 100 marks because of iltes.where I have to score 67.
