Hi,

I have been working in Montreal through CAQ since 2011 and my CSQ was rejected in 2013 for Canada PR because my French was poor. Recently I lost my job but soon I received my Canada PR through Canada experience class. I have intention to settle outside Quebec in future but at the moment for the sake of Daughter's last year in high school I want to continue here in Montreal. I am looking for new Job and one of the hiring manager from my previous company told me that I am not eligible to work in Quebec as per new Canadian immigration law because I got my PR through CEC. Is there such a law in place now? Because earlier while working I saw and hired many such candidates who got PR outside but came here and work. I could not believe that person who told me this but I just want to confirm if he is right so that I can take my decisions. Can someone please make it clear and shed some light on this?

Thanks

If you have PR, doesn't matter how you got it, you can live and work anywhere in Canada.
