CANADA PR Process for Instrumentation Engr

Hello,

I am BE Electronics & Communication Engineer working as a Instrumentation Engineer in EPC project. I passed out my BE in July 2009, I have 4 year work experience including 1+ year work experience in Papua New Guinea. I would like to apply for CANADA PR as a "Federal Skilled Worker" but my occupation was not listed. How should I apply for the same?? What is the procedure?? What about overall cost for PR??

Instrumentation & Controls Engineer have the Profile that matches to the chemical engineer profile that is present in occupational list..... so we can go ahead with that.....

It has Petrochemicals field, Oil and Gas, Energy generation Plant....

I think we can go ahead with this occupation as chemical engineer
