Canada PR - Medicals - Child with Birth Defect VSD

Hi all, i went for my medicals with my wife and kid. my Kid has a birth defect - a Small VSD in his heart. No problem with it to my child and doctor has advised that it goes away with age and weight. I did mention about this to DMP and provided all recent reports. When they try to upload his report, it looks like system has prompted them to provide his blood work report also for checking status of Kidneys. I am yet to take my kid for this test.
In general, is this going to impact my PR application. Please advise.

If they believe the severity to be such that your child may need expensive surgeries in the future, they could deny your application but you can get more specialist opinions and appeal that. If it's not a severe problem as you say, then I don't think you will have a problem.
