Canada PR job query

Hello,
We have pr file for canada have updated the file.I have completed my bachelors in computer engg. , i want to work in canada after i get visa. So for that is it required any ielts/toeffl? And is it valid bachelor degree from india ?

To get your PR, CIC recommands IELTS test result. I hope you have included when you sent ur app to CHC / CIC in order to claim points for english language ??

For Job you don't have to give any english language test.

you don't need to do any language test Once you arrived in canada to apply for any job.....

MY dad have issued the file he has given ielts.I have just completed my bachelors.So for undertaking job there in canada is toefl required?
