Hello Everyone,

I need to confirm certain points for my Canada PR application relating to one of my Employer Companies being dissolved. (I was a contractor back then and even now)

I am currently in the USA on H1B. My First Employer (Company A), is no longer in Business and has been Dissolved.

I have the Reference letter stating my employment dates and roles and responsibilities.
Also, I have some of the Paystubs from Company A.

I need to confirm if I should also attach my W2s (Federal Tax Document) as additional proof for my employment only for Company A as it has been dissolved?

Also, I was sent to a different location through the client (Internally team movement) temporarily for 3 months and I was called back to my initial location by the same client, but the reference letter my Employer (Company A) does not have this temporary location mentioned.

Please let me know if I should mention this in the Letter of Explanation. Also, I have mentioned this change in address in my location history.

I have the above concerns only for My first Employer (Employer A), I have 2 more employers which are in business and I have reference letters and paystubs.

If your experience is more than 3 years with these two employers, don't bother with experience letter from Employer A. You maximize CRS score at 3 years work experience. You can keep it simple and just use the other two employers. After ITA just mention work experience from employer A in personal history instead of work history.

Hello Cansha, Thank you for your response.

Actually I have already received an ITA and I have nearly 25 days to submit all my documents.
I need the experience from Employer A to have more than 3 years of total work experience and I have already mentioned in my ITA application as I have the reference letter.

Given my case. Please give your opinion if adding W2s would be advisable as additional proof.

Also, for the location change (It was a long distance change) which was temporary, would it be advisable to mention in LOE or just mention as another address in the location history?

It wouldn't hurt to add it.

Personally, I wouldn't bother to explain 3 months.
