Canada Post lost our four family passports that was sent using XPresspost service from CPP immigration office at Ottawa. Their tracking portal says item is delivered but we never received the parcel (wife stays at home all times). To be very clear regarding item delivery from the right sender, I had the same verified through the immigration office at Ottawa and got a prompt email response from the VISA office that they did send out the parcel on 19th Sept, 2012.

Canada Post customer service meanwhile couldn't share information of the nodal points where the parcel went through in the stages of delivery and none of our 140 neighbors also received the parcel too (distributed pamphlets, and even talked to some of them). The only word I have from Canada Post is that the case is considered high priority and they are investigating. But we're deeply worried and concerned.

The closest Canada Post center near us couldn't get the record shown up on their computer using the provided tracking number - very frustrating (same place where I sent application bundle to Ottawa with self-address returned envelope using XPresspost). This returned envelope/parcel has the family passports + stamped and approved VISAs on them.

What aggravates is that we're due to travel in one month's time and we simply cannot afford to have the passports lost, after having spent thousands on travel costs and there is so little time to start all over again.

Someone please sincerely help and expedite the process. The service number/ticket is 104-818-175, tracking number LT699357335CA.

Please don't panic yet! This seems to be something they are now doing... items showing "delivered" but you get it a few days later. This has been my experience each time I have ordered items online. Call Canada Post and inform them you haven't received it.
