Canada or Australia --which country is better for IT workers?

Hi there,
I am s/w developer with more than 8 years of Experience with a full time bachelor degree. I have worked in USA for 5 years. I am looking for a P.R status either Canda / Australia.
Could you please help me to decide which country would be better to migrate based on below parameters?
1.Chnace of getting a P.R (%)
2.Time to get a P.R starting from application submission Date.
3.IT job prospect
4.Govornment help on arrival.
5.Culturally open
6.Let my parents visit and stay
