You can send an e-mail to :NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca

Send them your duties and responsibilities and they will help you find the right NOC code for your employment.

Cheers ;)

Operations manager of what? It matters what sector/industry you are in...

You can ask them on email. id- NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca

Provide them all the details as below and they will reply in a weeks time:

- the exact job title;
- a detailed description of the main duties;
- the education and work experience required by the employer for entry into the occupation; and
- the type of establishment in which the work is performed.

While selecting the NOC, the duties and responsibilities mentioned in the NOC should be a close match with the actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you at the respective job. You need not match the duties and responsibilities word by word, but the idea is to have the closest match in terms of the spirit of the duties and responsibilities (at least 60%-70% match). Do not copy NOC duties and responsibilities.

Also, NOC should be selected on the basis of the match of actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you rather than the designation match in the NOC list. If you are not sure of your NOC, write to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca with your duties and responsibilities and educational qualifications, they will help you find the closest fit.

I sent a mail to this ID and got a delivery failure message. Can anyone confirm if anybody has received any response from this email ID?
