CLEARLY IT SAYS " If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date." so it has to be declared before july 1,2012.

As per CIC website, they have put the condition if incase we don't get any update then it will automatically reset as per previous rules.

Whereas the above mentioned link (which i shared) talk about the possibility of getting new FSW rules by 1st July.

yes. so by June 30th, if nothing new, we expect the cap to simple reset.
