I possess 4 years of work experience but I lost my previous employers documents. So are they necessary mandatory to apply for work visa once get a job offer from canadian employer? I am in India at the moment. Second question: Also, I was unable to get even single response for interviews. Is that because my skills are not strange so that to overcome all Canadian's to get job there? DO I need to nurture my skills to cutting edge proficiency? Or is that any one can get offer once selected in interview and do u think the fault is not with my skills but with my resume?

The likely reason why employers aren't responding is because it is very difficult for them to hire a foreign worker. To hire you, they must advertise the job in Canada and prove that no Canadian citizen or Canadian PR could be found to fill the role. They then have to apply for something called an LMO (labour market opinion) which essentially gives them permission to hire you. Not all LMOs are approved. If the government believes the employer should be able to find a Canadian to fill the roll, they will refuse the LMO.

Because the above process takes months to complete and there is no guarantee of approval, many/most employers aren't willing to consider foreign candidates for open positions.

You should make sure the resume you are using to apply is a Canadian style resume. If you're not sure what this is, google the term and you should find plenty of examples.
