Just wondering if anyone has sent in paper application recently (to the Ottawa office) and received their passport back with visa.
The online estimate says it takes 15 days for processing. My application was received by the office on Feb 5th and it has been more than a month now
I sent them an email and last week they said it is still under processing. It has never taken that long previously (I have been in Canada for over 8 years now).
Is this normal? This is just a renewal of the visa (based on a work-permit).
