We were asked to leave cause we kept extending our visas every year with no progress on my hubbys school work. It was the Immigration that asked us to voluntary leave the country, our parents live outside of Canada. We obviously had a study permit and a work permit. We left voluntary after we were asked to leave. And no we dont have any job offers yet. Are there any companied hiring and also offer LMO?
Were you also on a study permit or was it just your husband?
Were you on a work permit? If yes, how long were you working there in Canada? What is your work experience/skills?
"
Are there any companied hiring and also offer LMO?" You were in Canada for 9 years, you must already know how difficult it is for a foreigner to get a job.
I do not know what your options are, especially considering your history. Your history is important because I am sure a perspective employer is going to take it into consideration,
more importantly though, CIC is going to take it into consideration.
Depending on what your work experience is and depending on how long you lived/worked in Canada you could possibly consider applying under Canadian Experience Class (CEC), maybe you could also consider applying via Quebec.
But I am no expert regarding your particular issue, I am just guessing about the CEC and Quebec options, I really do not know. The thing is, your situation don't fall under the "usually" immigration application process.
The fact that you have Canadian kids might also be a "plus", but I really don't know how you could use that fact to your advantage.
Maybe you should get a (competent/expert/knowledgeable) lawyer to first advise you of what are your options are, then you can make a better informed decision on the way forward.
By the way, when immigration asked you to leave, didn't they advise you of what your options are regarding returning to Canada?
**The fact that
you voluntarily left Canada might actually mean you can apply to return to Canada under the "usual/normal" immigration processes without any issues. But I do not know.
I did some Googl'ing and cam across these links, maybe they might offer some more "insight" into your situation:

Most people asked to leave Canada have the right to an impartial hearing to review the decision."
