1) There aren't jobs on this website. You can try websites like www.monster.ca and www.wowjobs.ca but without Canadian experience and credentials, you may not get many replies. Some people have commented they never get replies in months of looking.

2) No, there aren't employers looking for employees here.

3) It all depends on what job you get, if you get one. It is possible.

4) Work permit costs $150 right now. You may also need to pay for the flight, plus living expenses in Canada.

5) Will you apply to New Delhi or an office in Africa? It depends on the office you pick. You can look here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp

To give you an idea, here is a link to in demand professions in Canada: http://www.workingin-canada.com/visa/skills-in-demand/occupations-in-demand

Notice that Finance is not on this list. That means there are plenty of Canadians already available for those jobs. You are still welcome to look and apply for jobs.

Tips:
- make sure your resume is update to date with Canadian standards
- write a good cover letter
- be up front and clear that you want to permanently settle in Canada
- search for jobs on Canadian job sites. See what their requirements are. They may require special certifications or licenses unique to Canada. You may want to research them and see if it's worth it to get one (only do it if you can afford it without a payoff - just because you get a license for Canada doesn't mean you can get a job in Canada.)
- watch the in demand professions to see if they change over time
- you can also go directly to the websites of the provinces and see if they have anything to offer you. Try Manitoba and the Yukon. Both are very cold and have trouble attracting workers.
