Canada Immigration, Security Problem ?

Hello there,

I had moved out of my home country for almost 3 years now - I came to know that on my absence some of the credit card companies in my home country had kept accumulating my outstandings and put my name under credit card defaulters list ..

I am very scared, will this affect immigration ??

Do consulates / embassies check on credit card defaulters as security checks ??

Please help !!!

Immigration does not really care if you owe on your credit cards. It is not a criminal offense.

Yes,they only care about Criminal offences,owing money IS NOT a crime in Canada Relax
