Hi,

I have a master 's degree in computer science. I want to know how many points i have scored in education
here is the detail o f may education

graduation (B.sc double Mathematics, Physics) 14 years of education
M.sc (master in computer science ) 2 years and 9 monthes ( total credit hours 75)

since i have 75 credit hours in Masters so my master 's should be equal to 3 years +14 year or more = 17 year or more

can i claim 25 points based on these arguments.

if not how many credit hour should i need in masters to claim 25 points. Please help since i have already scored 65 points (based on graducation ) and if i score 25 points in education i got 68 points which will help me to get visa.

also i have two year master in mathematics degree. will that education be counted.
I am also an oracle certifeid professional but i know it will not be countred in my education points

please help and guide

Minimin 17 years of full time studies are required, and hence I think you wont get 25, but u should get 22 pts.

However, this is my interpretation...

actually i want know how is education time is being calculated.

is it based on credit hours of full time study or its based on duration of time spend in university.

The thing i am confused is since i have 75 credit hours in masters so i can claim for a three years education. since 60 credit hours degree in canada is equivalent to 2 years of education ( if i am right)

can anyone share with me the formula of how educational time is being calculated.

Duration of time spend in university is first parameter and then they check if it was full time study or not.

It is my personal opinion and you may want to wait for others but if you do not have complete 17 years then you can not claim 25 points
