Hi
I have got 3 years gap and advised by my college to tell vo a good reason and i have got a genuine reason. Now I am full confidence about gap and applying for visa on 25 Feb. i will advice you that do not worry about it just give a genuine reason.

I am applying for september session. Check my post.....''please evaluate my profile''.
For your case I would further suggest that every consultant is a business first not a charity. They will think for their business first and your future.....MAY BE

Gap time really does not matter as long as you can prove what you were doing during this time. (ofcourse if you were in prison than it matters). The overall application is judged based on criteria like the likelyhood you will leave Canada at the end of your studies (most imp IMO) your ties to your home country, your financial situation, the course you have selected etc.

Is it a good idea to mention ties in your SOP and did they mean by family ties or property in your home country
