hello,
I am from india.
I have registered my file in category of skilled workers for getting pr on 30-oct-2003
I have updated my file on 31-Mar-2009.
Now what next?
how much time will it take to receive visa/medical?

also my brother is studying Mba in health care. he will complete it in november-2009. so should i tell him to wait there or tell him to return back to india..

Timelines vary from country to country. However, if you create you signature at http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/ and compare everything with already given inforamtion selecting your country. Hope this will help you.

have applied it form india new delhi...

normally it takes about 45-60 days after submission of full applicaton these days for medicals. i guess u r just unlucky. and i m not sure that application before last year's change in policy are processed on priority basis.
