Hi! So, The CA website states that you must submit your work visa application together with your PR application, correct? But, are you required to pay the PR processing fees, or only the work permit fee? And then pay PR fees when u apply for PR.

You need to pay for everything. Only the right of PR fee can be paid later when you get approved as a PR.
