Can I still apply for the super visa for parents if I already have a parent sponsorship application in process?
We made it in 2015 parents/grandparent sponsorship allocation. My mom has been here for 3 years and she is about to go back to my home country for 6 months to a year, my dad and brother are back home.
I'm wondering if I can apply for a supervisa for my mom to come back to Canada after a year, so she can see her one and only grandson here in Canada?
Anybody are in this situation?
