last time I was here I had a visitor record for two weeks. Then I left.

I am back now and when they asked how long I was going to stay I said two weeks. My conversation with the officer was fast and they did not give me a visitor record. While I was talking to the officer I was asked how long my last visit was and if I got a visitor record last time and why.

Do I HAVE to leave after two weeks? In the event I want to stay longer should I go talk to them and say that I would like to stay longer but don't want to contain any suspicion?

You don't have to, but it is expected that your honor your word.

So if I wanted to stay a little longer should I just stay or should I go there and tell them?

When I was here earlier I told them at the airport that it might be 14 days but I might stay longer and they were like no problem.

Did they put a note in the system of when I said I would leave?

A stay longer than claimed within an understandable margin is perfectly fine. Saying you come for 2 days and staying 6 months is not nice.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
