Can you send FBI PCC in case-specific-enquiry before CIC requests it?

Hi there,

My FBI PCC arrived after submitting EE application, so I'm wondering if I can send it to them as an attachment in a case specific enquiry rather than wait for them to open the application and waste time requesting it? Has anyone else done this before?
