can you sell imported car from US while on WP?

Can we sell a imported car from US while on WP in Canada? I understand we need to export it first from US and then do a permanent/temporary import in Canada. However, I am not sure if we can sell a imported car in Canada while on WP.
Please help!

Thanks so much! Not sure if I can interpret this as sellable if the vehicle is imported permanently.
