i need some example of follow up letters, medyo hindi ako magaling mag construct ng formal letters ;D
the scenario is this.... passport request na lang ang inaantay ko, my medical was last first week pa ng May, so its been 4 months na and still wala pa ring feedback sa kanila, i went to embassy last august to follow up, they gave me this a piece of paper and doon daw ilalagay ang concern mo and drop it in drop boxes... but still no luck wala pa ring feedbacks from embassy...
my wife called in canadian embassy sa canada ( she's in calgary ) and yung paper ko na lang ang inaantay daw... i dunno bakit parang ang tagal ng paper ko and tuwing i follow up ko online ang status ko ay "in process" lang ang nakalagay up to now.... a friend told me that email ko daw ang embassy, usually daw ay sa email sila sumasagot so here it is, just trying my luck...
a formal example letter will do.... if your in my shoes, paano kayo gagawa ng follow up letter?
