Can you help PGWP and Wife’s OWP

Hi, my name is Jun.
Last week I applied my PGWP.
I should have applied my wife’s OWP extension too but, I couldn’t, though I have full time job offer because I didn’t have 3 paystub which is over 30hours per weeks.(My agency insisted I need that)
Her permit will be expired next month so I should apply ASAP...
I really want to know and ask you guy(Who master this field) , do I really need three paystubs(At least 30 hours per week)? I already have 3 paystubs which I worked as a part time job.(same place where give me a job offer)
