can you do medical while travelling?

I am currently on a visitor status till feb next year.
i have applied in january this year and received aor in february.
So far there has been no progress.
since i will be visiting my sister in montreal for a while (i myself have been living in alberta) i was wondering if i could do medical in montreal (if i receive a request while i am there).
Does it matter where you do it? Does my visitor status have anything to do with it?

Several people have done Medicals outside their usual location - its not a problem
