Hi

If you are studying at the University an ESL Program (2 years program) can you bring your spouse with open work permit. or this is only for students of post-secondary education.

1. You could try to bring your spouse, but s/he won't get an OWP if you are taking ESL, nor will you be eligible to work off campus while taking ESL.

That is what I supposed. :(

Is it the ESL teaching program, or an ESL program to learn English? PMM is right about the language programs, but if you are doing the ESL teaching one, then you can get her a work permit as it is a post-secondary program.
