i have a best friend who want to come to canada to do post graduation studies, he will be completing his graduation on b.com acct hons from calcutta university. just wanted to know whether he will be able to apply under spp program and will his credits be transferred to canadian university if yes then how?

Yes he can apply under SPP only if he is applying in SPP participating Institute.
