Can we use Celpip Score of 6 for Dependent to increase CRS score?

Hi,

If Primary cleared the Celpip minimum cut off of 7 each section and dependent score of 6 in one or two section.

Can we use this dependent celpip scores in express entry? i heard from some one, we can use score of 6 or above for dependents.

Please advice.

Dependent can score a 0 and still be eligible.
It's just that you don't get any points for it. The better the score, the more the CRS score becomes. Remember that a dependent can amass maximum 20 points for language, while a primary applicant manyfolds.
