Can we update express entry profile after submitted?

Hi,

I would like to know if the express entry profile can be updated after submission.
Say for example:
1. You submitted your profile but did not get your ITA yet and got a job offer from Canada. Is it possible to update it?

2. You got an ITA and received a job offer after your invite. Do you still need to submit proof of funds or update the application with job offer ?
