Can we travel to the U.S.A with a permanent resident Visa?????

Hello everyone<
Does anyone know when my Mexian husband gets permanent is he able to travel to the states with it and not need to apply for another visa?

if he needed a visa before for US entry(which i'm assuming Mexicans do), then he will still need one. Apparently for best chances, if possible, one should put in the US Visa application after they reside in Canada for over 1year on PR status.

Only Canadian citizens can enter canada without a visa. If you are a peramanent resident then you will need to apply got a visitor visa unless you are a citizen of a country that is visa exempt. Mexico is not on the visa waiver program so you would need a visa http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1260.html
