Can we travel to Montreal with PRTD

Hello All,
I had done the initial landing in Toronto earlier this year. After 15 days of soft landing, we came back to India. And then I applied for the PRTD, since we didn’t receive the PR card. Can someone please confirm if I can directly travel to Montreal with only the PRTD, and not the PR card?

You must have your PR card, once you decided to go back to CAN..

Incorrect. OP can travel direct from India to anywhere in Canada on the PRTD.

Thank you so much Buletruck for the confirmation. I got tensed by Jatienza’s reply as I had already booked my flight from India to Montreal and I would be travelling with only the PRTD and not the PR card. Thanks a lot again!

My apology, didn't read your message carefully that you have Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD). Yah true should be able too..
