Can we transfer the parents sponsorship application to my brother name

Hello, I applied my parents immigration in 2010 and 2 yrs back my husband passed away as he was the co signer in the application as his income was more than me and now last week I got call from immigration dept that they want my financial statement and T4 for last year and my income is under $20000 and I have two kids I don't know Do i qualify in income status ?? And now my brother is also in Canada can we transfer this file under his name as his household income is high ???? Please let me know I have to send my financial statements to CIC ???

I'm sorry to hear about your husband.

Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer the file to your brother. $20,000 is not enough income to continue to sponsor your parents and unfortunately you should expect that their application will be refused. Once the application is refused, your brother can submit a new application to sponsor them.
