Can we still use hotel after 9 August ?

I initially had a hotel from 12-15 and then 15 onwards a university residence which they had approved self isolation. I have been trying to get university to extend the residence but they arent responding. Since I travel in two weeks, I am wondering if the university doesnt reply I would just go with the hotel.
Are we able to use the hotel ? The hotel is in same city as the university so I wont need to travel in between

for financial reasons. if you're fully vaccinated, theres no reason for you to retain your GAA booking
