Can we respond to ITA while FBI PCC is in progress

Hi,

I have applied for police clearance certificate from FBI, but my ITA has just come. Should I wait for FBI clearance, or submit without it, saying that I have applied for clearance.

If you can afford to wait and submit, nothing better. Most people are forced to submit their apps without FBI PCC because they runs out of the allotted 60 days.

I agree better wait for the PCC unless u know its coming and already posted and u are able to track the same.
