can we pay fee after send application

We sent sponsorship application 3 weeks ago and havent got aor yet we didnt pay fee for sponsor or PA Can we pay the online now

The receipt needed to be included in the application package It's a part of the document checklist. Chances are, they will return your application

Yes try as Wakki said....Write your Client ID Number on the back of your receipt (If you have one) and full names and address.
