Hi,
So if we send the notarized transcripts which are not in university sealed envelopes, would CHC accept it?
Please advice.

What u mean by notarised transcripts ? COZ transcripts are in sealed envelope then how can u get them notarised. :o :o

I think you want to ask that can we send notarised DMCs and Degree ,
then answer is yes.

It is 100% allowed. If you have a lot of time then go for transcripts ,elsewise go for notarised DMCz and Degree.
NO WORRIES ,these will work certainly

Hi Hunker,
Thanks for your response.
You are right. Notarized docs are sealed. The thing is that they are not in University envelopes.
My transcripts are not in English. So I need to have it translated. As part of the translation process, they are approved by ministry of justice. Thus when you are delivered the transcripts, they are sealed and notarized.

The only thing is that it is not in university sealed envelopes as CIC has instructed.
I just want to assure that CIC is not very sensitive on the university envelope.
Thanks

Thank you everyone for answer....

What I wanted to ask is can I get notarized from court/Lawyer (The way we get notary of document done from Court) and not from university.

Please advice,

You can never get notary from University.
You always have to get notary from a Lawyer who is a Notary.
Original Transcripts have to be sent in a sealed Envelope either from your College(If accredited by University)/University.
Once you get your transcripts you need to seal it in an envelope and send it to CHC....
Rest all documents of Studies needs to be notarized.
Hope this information is helpful.

So if that's the case then it's quite fine.
Get them translated then notarised as well.
Finally, forward those docs.
