Can we do two PG Programs from two different universities at same time?

Hi, I want to pursue an online one year PG Program in Management from IMT Ghaziabad(11 months) and could not find a relevant thread/source of WES accepting this as a one year diploma. So can I start another PGDIT from Acharya Nagarjuna University so that if WES rejects my PG Program from IMT Ghaziabad then I can apply using PGDIT from Nagarjuna University?

Please help me with your inputs.
