Can we do a job in any field for CEC class

Is it necessary to do a job in same field as you did you master program in Canada? or we can do any job for one year period to eligible for CEC?

If you have apply for a PGWP after your studies in Canada, you can work for any positions under Skilled Level 0, A, and B for 1-year and apply for CEC.
