Can we create new EE profile after receiving AOR

What are the implications of creating a new EE profile while our application is being processed? Will creating one jeopardize our existing application? I have a reason to suspect my application will be rejected due to wrong NOC code.

Also if we receive an ITA with our new profile, can we submit application and have two applications opened at the same time?

I am not sure, but it can be considered as mis-representation which can have severe results.
