Can we convert PGWP to normal work permit

I m on work permit after my one year study.
After my one year if my Employer sponser me, can that work permit converts to normal work permit...?

There is no "normal" work permit. PGWP is an open work permit, with which you can work for any employer.

They are two different work permit types, so there is no "conversion". What your employer would need to do is obtain an approved LMIA on which you can base a "closed work permit" application.

If your employer sponsor you with LMIA, then you can apply for closed WP
If your employer sponsor you with PNP nominations and its employer restricted, then you can apply for closed WP LMIA-exempted
