Hi All,

I will be driving from usa to canada and back to usa using avr.

I had read somewhere taking food is not a good option. is that true.

I just want to check, can i take atleast baby food for my 1 year old boy.

Any Advice will be appreciated.

Thanks.

It will be fine. Many BC residents drive to Washington state for cross border shoppings. I used to buy my milk and other foodstuff from Bellingham, WA ;D.

Hi,

U can take baby food, there is no restriction on that, provided u dont include milk and milk products.

Canada customs has restriction on milk and milk products, raw meat, most of the seeds etc etc.

One can carry spices, cooked meat, pickles etc etc.

I carried cooking spices and there was no issue at all.

Good luck.

Rgds,
Art.
