Can we cancel VFS passport submission appointment date

Hi ,

I fill out the webform for VFS and they gave us appointment of next day early morning and unfortunately my mom and dad cannot attend this appointment , is it ok if we miss this date , can we reschedule if we do not show up for this appointment ? Please advise

Contact VFS office to find out and do it. Each office may have slightly different operating procedures in this respect.
