Can we call to CIC regarding our file even we hired immigration lawyer? I had some questions regarding my file, but my lawyer can answer them properly?

If they are specific questions about your file there's no guarantee the IRCC call centre will be able to answer them.
The call centre can only give very basic info and is not the visa officer reviewing your file.
